Design Contract
If we both feel we're a good fit for your renovation or addition, we sign a design contract and take a deposit to begin the design process.
Design Process
We bring the design team into the conversation, shaping the floor plans, organizing the trades and selecting finishes, with 3D renderings and architectural drawings so you can understand the plan before construction begins.
Costing
We pull the full project together in detail — the finishes, the selections and the scope — and prepare your proposal, so you know exactly what's included before you commit.
Construction Contract
Once you've approved the quote, we sign a construction contract and get to the exciting part.
Permits & Building
We obtain all the necessary permits and begin construction. Whether you stay in your home or move out for the build, we treat your home as if it were our own.
Final Walk Through
When your home or renovation is complete, we walk the property with you to make sure it meets your standards, hand over the documents and the keys, and stand behind it with a 2-year warranty.
1-year walk-through
The 1-year walk-through is a clear milestone for reviewing the completed workmanship.
2-year walk-through
The 2-year walk-through provides a final review point within Knight's existing two-year workmanship warranty.
