Can you work within our timeline?
Yes. Every project is different. We plan the build around your schedule and keep you updated the whole way.
Do I need my own architect and interior designer?
No. We bring the designer and architect into the conversation during the design phase, so you have one coordinated team.
What's your warranty?
We back our workmanship with a 2-year warranty. The products and materials installed in your home also carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Do you take on additions?
Yes. Knight plans additions alongside the renovation work needed to connect new and existing living space.
Do you build basement suites?
Yes. We build legal secondary suites where zoning allows, with the egress, separate entrance and code work that requires.
Can we stay in our home during a renovation?
Often, depending on the scope. We'll talk it through honestly, and either way we treat your home as if it were our own.
What areas do you build in?
Calgary and the surrounding area, plus mountain and recreational projects in Cochrane, Canmore and Fernie.
How do we get started?
